I finally just read the first chapter of Punch's cousin and I am officially hooked! I've got to get caught up -- looking forward to reading more :)

Can't wait to read your book -- it is on its way to you!

I am really enjoying your blog, Jos. It's a wonderful, calming escape from my crazy life for a few minutes each day.

And as far as PR -- I am a HUGE fan! But because of my schedule, I have to record it and watch it later, so I will probably always be about 2-3 episodes behind the current one :( I was glad when they moved it back to NYC from LA last season, though. LA just didn't feel right.

You're right. P.R. is much better in New York.

I'm glad you're enjoying my blog. I wanted it to be an online place to go and look at pretty things and to feel better. So, I'm happy to know that its working!

I'll keep an eye out for the book.

Thank you, again.

Joseph

So I'm reading the book, and I'll send it to Jos. after...Hope that's ok?!

I've never been the type to fret (much) over reading book 2 in a series, before book 1...but I've GOT to get the first book NOW!

I didn't see it linked on Amazon...Can someone link me to the Cages of Marionneaux ?

"Cages" is the second book. And, it's not out yet. So, you're reading them in order.

That's quite all right. : )

I hope you enjoy it!

which was much longer than I expected. We landed safely in Norway around 5:30 this evening, so now I have turned my full attention to New Orleans and the story of some incredible sounding ladies. :)

But, I find that I really enjoy your writing style. Well, your style with Punch's Cousin anyway. I have a feeling that I would really enjoy "The Garnet Red". Not sure how much longer I will hold out. Again, it is that whole 'patience is a virtue" thing. LOL

I am curious if Punch's Cousin is going to be available to purchase. I was going to just copy and print it for me to keep, but if you are planning to publish it, I would be interested. I don't want to take "steal" any of your work, though.

Hi Kathy,

There is a possibility that Punch's Cousin will be available to purchase. Really, it's my way of saying "thank you" to the people who have been following my work for the last decade. That's why I'm posting it online first. I have no problem with you printing it out (as long as you don't sell copies...lol).

I'm very flattered that you're enjoying it. That means a lot to me. I think you'd enjoy The Garnet Red, too. It's a similar style. However, it's written in multiple voices with each chapter being narrated by a different character.

I think I'd best turn in for the night. Thank you, again.
