However, the recently vacated district secretary position will more than likely be filled by the board president's sister in law...even though they haven't interviewed anyone yet. Her name appeared on the school website the day after the previous district secretary resigned. She even had a school e-mail address that day.

My family has taken to calling dealing with frustration "kicking chickens". And, as my brother has said, "There are an awful lot of feathers all over the place."
