Subject: Oh No!!! Some kind of electrical fire at the school!

The kids were all evacuated and sent home early. This puts a major crimp in the school play that is supposed to happen tomorrow. They were going to do three run throughs tonight, but aren't allowed in the building because of the fumes. There is talk that they may not have it fixed by tomorrow.
Thinking very positive thoughts that it all comes together.

There were a few missed lines, but the kids were really good about covering it. The magic carpet came out too early, but they were able to "save" the scene. The audience was really into it. You could tell the cast was enjoying having a live audience at last. They really played to the crowd. The Genie was hilarious, improvising parts of his act. Rousing rounds of applause after the "Never had a friend like me" dance scene. I heard lots and lots of great compliments. People liked the costumes I made. I plan to take some pictures at tonight's show so I can post them on here.
