Subject: Wowza. Gotta pass on something GOOD for a change..

My son, as you may know, has been growing by leaps and bounds. He loves, as you may know, anything USMC related and likes wearing USMC Tshirts to school (although he has recently started mixing in "nice" shirts and I'm guessing it has something to do with the new girl in his class from Nevada that he keeps happening to mention). Most of his USMC shirts are getting too SMALL so a few weeks ago I went on Ebay and ordered him 3 new ones, two of which were from the same store. Well, when they arrived ONE of them was so SMALL. It was supposed to be a men's large but it was NOT and the sleeves were girly short. So I wrote them a strongly worded letter about my disappointment with our purchase blah blah blah and they wrote back that the shirt was shrink-fit or snug-fit or whatever the stupid body builders call their TOO SMALL shirts. I neglected to catch that part of the description so it was my fault and I even said so and apologized for my snarky note. WELL.. didn't they go and make me feel like a complete schmuck?! They sent me an email that they didn't want me to be disappointed in my purchase for any reason and they were going to send Jared another Tshirt on them!!! That was so nice of them, wasn't it? I went on Ebay and gave them A+++ comments about their customer service and emailed them that I would certainly buy from them again blah blah blah. The end.
Except that the package arrived today with the really cool Tshirt that he loves AND A HOODIE SWEATSHIRT with nice note about how I mentioned it was for my growing son and she wanted to make sure it fit him for awhile so it's an adult extra-large!!! Isn't THAT some nice customer service????
