I hate the thought of meaningfully killing anyone, but I don't see that this could've been done any other way. If we'd just captured him, then there could've been more American/ally blood lost if they decided to try to break him free. (I was on a murder trial and once all the facts were presented, I had no trouble in calling him guilty, although we had a mistrial before it happened - in this case I know he's evil too)

There is more a sense of relief than celebration for me, though.
