Subject: I've got kittens!!

I haven't fostered in years! This isn't really fostering, though. I'm only keeping the momma and 3 babies while one of the cat fosters is out of town for Christmas. She dropped them off last night. They're staying 'til Monday. The momma is a medium hair dilute calico and she's very sweet and very pretty. The babies are 5 weeks old. There's a little girl who's white with just the faintest bit of buff on her ears and tail. And, there's two orange tabby boys with white. They are painfully cute. My cats suspect something's up but they're not sure what. Hopefully, we'll get through the week without any drama. It's been ages since I played with kittens. Tiny fuzzy little heads! Wobbly legs and tails that stick straight up! Round little bellies, too! It's almost too much!
