Looks like (so far) 7 of them need to be replaced. No idea what the damage in the attic is. Husband refuses to look. His rememdy is to deny anything is happening and hope it goes away. He thinks all he will have to do is replace the ceiling tiles. I'm surprised he isn't duct taping some up there right now. So hard to believe my father in law was a carpenter who knew so much about houses.
