It was a lot of fun. I posted some snapshots on my Facebook business page. Have some cute pics of kiddos with sheep to post, too. Considering this was my first show to prepare for, meaning I had a lot of initial costs to cover, I was quite pleased that I not only covered costs but made a profit! Made many great connections, too. Hoping to have my work online soon so ya'll can see. :)

It was a long day. Stayed up late the night before preparing for the show. Long tiring day outside at the fair. Early morning portrait session with 8 adults and 7 children. Then my parents moved in!

That last part has been stressful. More so than I even figured. He is having trouble adjusting to being outside of the controlled environment of the rehab facility and is suffering from bouts of depression and frustration. He gets very snippy in his moments of frustration which makes it all that more emotionally and physically exhausting on the rest of us. Mom leaves on Wednesday to Missouri for my grandma's funeral. I am nervous about being in charge of my dad's care while she is gone, admittedly.

Anyway, sorry to ramble. The craft show was great - this weekend is just a blur!

It is October 30th from 9am - 4pm. So far, all I know is that it is on the property of an apartment complex that is managed by someone I went to high school with. As soon as I have more details, I will let you know! Would love to meet you! :)
