I absolutely love it. I didn't want too spend the money either, because I thought "well I know how to write stuff down why pay to type it in"..Let me tell you it is so much easier. It keeps track of your points...it lets you type in food and then tells you the point value. You can drag and drop stuff from a favorites list of stuff you eat frequently like milk or something. Then it deducts what you have left.It also has a place to mark off water, fruits etc. There is also an activity tracker for calculating points...so you can figure out how much you have to do walk etc to earn extra points(for pie:) It also has a recipe builder to help you figure out points in your recipes and suggests things to lighten it up. I signed up for a three month pass to start because its cheaper that way. You can go to the meetings as well and it lets you plug in your weight and then it tracks that online for you too...they have options for how you want to view the graphs etc.
Iy also gives you access to more recpies, message boards and all kinds of extra stuff. I hope this helps. I started about a month ago and I am down 7 pounds. It is taking longer to get the weight off then it used to be that is for sure. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Do you just do it online or do you go to meetings?

They used to come to my workplace and I could do my meetings at lunchtime, which was SO nice. I don't want to give up any of my free time to attend meetings!

By the way, I think 7 lbs in a month is fantastic. I am so irritated by how long it takes me to lose weight, the older I get! I'm 49 now. In my 20's I could count on about 6 lbs in the first week and 1-2 every week after that. Now if I lose 2-3 in the first week I'm thrilled. A half pound to a pound per week after that is about average. It's not fair!!

Thanks, this is exactly the kind of input I was looking for.
