Something from an Oprah show about weight loss, and dealing with the stressers that make you stress eat.
We all know how to read the labels, so we watch the fat grams, the sodium grams, etc because we know better.
I went to all of the nutrician classes for my Mom, and now that I know things, I never say what the hell, and buy something really bad because I can. I think "expletive", then put it back on the shelf.

I really like the self bargaining system you do with the weight watchers plan. I learned a lot from the point counting & reward days.

Best of luck.

That is actually what keeps me motivated the most...the accountability factor. Knowing I will have to do it kind of keeps me in line. I did ww years ago, and I know the rules and the how tos...I just don't have the willpower or whatever to do it without the accountability. You can just do it online sine you plug in your weight yourself there. The monthly plan with online includes meetings so I stay for them if I can. I don't always go on the same day I go when I can fit one in...if I like the leader I stay and listen..sometimes there are good tips. For instance I just learned the average person eats 4500 calories on thanksgiving...gulp. The website has all th epoints for your basic meal and then you can plan out what you can eat ahead of time.I will still eat what I want but will make better choices for seconds lol.
