Subject: Anyone like any of the new shows?

I loved Blue Bloods and hope it's a hit. Tom Selleck starring, sigh...

Boardwalk Empire was good if a little gory.

Hawaii 5-0 was pretty good

Outlaw with Jimmy Smits... meh

Detroit 187 - again, meh... you can watch the reality version on A&E called The First 48

The Defenders was okay

I don't usually commit myself to so many new shows seeing they go as fast as they come on. I hope this season doesn't let me down.

...was Hawaii Five-O and I agree...I'm reluctant to invest my time in new shows because they always disappear. I am still mad about American Dreams and Joan of Arcadia !!!

Hawaii Five-O just because of the cast. It's something I'll probably watch here and there. I also recorded The Event and may follow it, but not sure. I'll just keep recording it. But Boardwalk is the only new one that I really can get into.

I watched something pretty awful, Mike and Molly maybe? I didn't watch it by choice and I certainly will not watch it again. But I thought Boardwalk Empire was pretty good and I am interested to see where it goes.

I think I'm more into my shows that are finally back, especially 30 Rock!

Mike and Molly...I don't like shows that poke fun at overweight people, but maybe they are trying to show us how the other side maybe feels? Wanting a relationship, but afraid of not ever finding someone because of their weight...I dunno I will give it a 2nd chance and see.

engaging couple in it and I'll keep watching that. I was torn on Hawaii Five-O cuz I can't miss Castle and a certain hubby who shall remain nameless screwed up all DVRing possibilities when he installed our big screen TV. ;-P LOL.

I also watched The Event, but was a leetle confused. Will probably watch again, since they claim answers will come right away instead of years later like on LOST. We'll see. I liked OUTLAW with Jimmy Smits, I've seen 2 of them so far, and altho they're more political than I'd like (kinda like Boston Legal was towards the end), I'll watch that again.

Will have to catch Boardwalk Empire online cuz I have other shows I watch at that time. I skipped one of the new cop shows to watch that "In Broad Daylight" show on NBC dateline. It was about that John Gardener killer and was a really good 2 hour show. (I'm kind of a crime nut. LOL)

This is the first time in a couple of years I have watched any new broadcast network shows. I won't go back if they burn me again.
