09 AMBG Nationals - SCHEDULE
Saturday 9:15 0-3 Beauty (1st line-up, then individual)
9:45 4-8 Beauty (1st line-up, then individual)
10:30 0-3 Casual (no line-ups)
10:45 4-8 Casual (no line-ups - introduction)
following - Ballroom will lock for LUNCH BREAK
1:15 9-21 Beauty & Mrs./Moms Beauty (1st line-up, then individual)
2:00 9-21 & Mrs./Moms Casualwear (introduction - no line-ups)
3:00 Pro-Am Bash (beginning with Royalty Modeling Coaches Pro-Am!!)
(We will begin with Babies and go thru age 21, then come back for 2nd Pro-Am)
following - Ballroom will close immediately following competition!!

Sunday 10:00 Ballroom opens (Contestants dressed in Beauty Dress)
10:15 Parade of all contestants & crowning begins
(Crowning should be completed by about 12:00. Winners must have photos made
before money is given out.)

Note: We have arranged this schedule 1 week prior to our pageant with paid contestants in mind. We will adhere to this
schedule as closely as possible. You MUST be in ballroom when your group is called. We will wait no longer than 5 minutes
to begin competition. Points could be deducted if you miss your spot in line. We will not begin earlier than stated. Have
someone checking in ballroom to let you know where we are as far as schedule. When your age group is finished with one
event, Go and change for next event - Do NOT be late!!

We have the right to refuse entry to anyone into ballroom. We also reserve the right to ask anyone to leave ballroom.
This is to protect your children and everyone present. You MUST wear your Door Badge - if you don�t have your badge,
you will not be allowed into ballroom.

We ask that you please keep conversations to a minimum in the ballroom and please do not stand up in front of ballroom.
Go up for support when �your� contestant is on stage. Once she is finished, please find a seat! And please remember
to applaud for EVERY girl on stage! Hoping you make new friends this weekend! Good Luck!
