Subject: :-D I known as CRA this morning and you will find no warnings against COIP. They stated they will audit everybody that donates to tax Shelters irrespective the shelter they are in. This does not mean that COIP isn't complying using the law. COIP does not problem inflated receipts.
There are two other tax shelters that are in discussions with CRA and I'm certain that each parties will come to some arrangement. The law is vague and you will find loop holes. When the CRA was completely against tax shelters, why do they nonetheless permit us taxpayers to donate a maximum of 75% of our salaries?
I personally believe that COIP is really a strong organization hence my donation. You ought to not be afraid from the CRA. We also have rights!,
