Subject: need help

i need help paying back money to a bank. i was in a scam out of nigeria they told me i had inheritance and i needed to send them 10,000 dollars to get the money [which i didnt have] they paid this money for me but the money came from a false bank [which i didnt know] they sent me a check i cashed it. i had to send the 10,000 dollars to this bank through people in Georgia now my bank tells me the check isnt good and i have no money and cant borrow any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
