That's at over 20 Queens that will be advancing to the 2013 Texas State Miss Heart of the USA Pageant with their entry fee paid! You get to compete for two titles at the same time.....all for only one preliminary fee! We are still allowing only 12 contestants per division! So don't delay.....this preliminary will sell out early! Your $45 Registration fee includes: Competition for your Divisional title, Queen of Hearts, Queen of Sharing and Ambassador.
