How to hack a Mr. Accessory
There are a lot of KoL hacks, most are just kept secret. Here is one that we are making public

Because of recent successes by the Society of Anarchists in hacking Mr. Accessory's, Jick has changed the way they are distributed when people donate to Kingdom of Loathing. He now takes all the Mr. Accessory's that are used to purchase items from Mr. Store and transfers them to the account Donation Bot (#1544333) so that he can check each one for it's distinct identification/verification number and ensure that only one Mr. A corresponds to each number (in the past we hacked Mr. Accessory's by fooling the system into creating multiple Mr. Accessory's with the same number). The Mr. Accessory's are distributed by the normal system (simply appearing at rollover). This way Jick doesn't have to keep creating new Mr. Accessory's, he can simply re-use those that are traded in and simply stockpile them in the account, making it possible to get them from Donation Bot itself.

If you want one, just send a message to Donation Bot with no text in the body and an amount of meat calculated below:

Add together the day number and month number of today's date (for example on December 23, you add 23+12 = 35 for January 1, you would add 1+1 and get 2). Next put in 194 (the item number for a mr. a). Finally, you have to calculate a check digit by adding together all of the number you already have and then taking the digit from the ones place (so for Decmber 23, you would already have 35194 and 3+5+1+9+4 = 22. You then add the two digits together, in this case 2+2 = 4 so the check digit is 4). Thus for December 23, the proper code is 351944. You will receive a Mr. A at rollover of the day you send the message.

Additional Note: It may be possible to use this process to obtain other items, but we have not yet been able to do so. To do so, you would just use that item's number. We think this would work for items that simply appear in your inventory (such as some crimbo items, or mafia raffle items). Feel free to try it out.
