that breaks my heart a little. i bought a $12 beer. it pained me - but i had gotten the tickets for free, so who cares.

it just seems so ... heartless!! don't they care at all about us poor, sad, loyal fans?

i don't see how this situation will change, unless there's some massive public outcry... or if the leafs stopped making money... but that seems unlikely. people buy leafs merchandise at my store even now, when they are out of the playoffs!
