I want to express my appreciation for the 80's party with Rock Kandy at Casey's this past Saturday, 7/26. My thanks goes out to those dynamic Kandygirls, Isis and Kelly for going through the effort of putting it all together...Hats off to Isis and Kelly! Also, of course, hats off to Rock Kandy for another amazing performance in a long running series of many! As always, it rocks (as Stud would say...) indeed!! All together, with the band, those dressed in 80's fashion and of course all the fans and guests who came to experience a night and taste of how the Reagan Years rocked!
There was also another milestone, the welcomed return of veteran RK guitarist Mychael Ravenwood. It was a great surprise and, from this past weekends performances, it was like he had never left for any time. I, and many others, wish Gregg all the best in his future pursuits. Mychael's return was definitely the right and logical step to take.
Also, I must mention the follow-up show at Hidden Valley at Vernon, another energetic show which really connected with the participants and fans! For me it was a full Rock Kandy weekend of rockin', bonding and dancing with the lovely ladies! I look forward to getting together with all in the near future and enjoying further Rock Kandy experiences again and again.
