Happy 9 year Anniversary indeed!!!

The first week of Feb in 1998 was when I first ROCK KANDY perform when they were known as Cheap N Nasty in Lyndhurst,NJ at Club Insomnia...

After seeing ads for Cheap N Nasty in the Aquarian Weekly I knew it was my time to check this band out...

Honestly between Nov of 1995-Jan 1998 I refused to go any rock clubs on a daily basis because of all the alternative shows that were being booked...

On this Sat in Feb 1998(the 9th I think)I refused to hang out with my friends to go see a movie and said I was going to see Cheap N Nasty and all they told me was to get over the 80's I said hell no as I never sold out to the alternative trend...Once I saw entered the club and saw the band performing Long Way To Love from Britny Fox the rest was history...

For those keeping score on how many ROCK KANDY shows the SI STUD has attended so far is 269(as of 4/3/04)...

The magic number to the SI STUD'S 300th ROCK KANDY show is now 31...

The SI STUD thanks Ian,Mychael,Kevin,Rk,TT,and PJ,Tiffany,Tommy, and Christie for being very good friends and for helping me cope with recent loss off my mom...

Also the fans that attend the ROCK KANDY shows enjoy the show every time...
