OK, add these two: Dave Walker around the time of "Never Say Die" in the late 70s and Dave Donato in the early/mid 80s. These two never appeared on any albums, but at least Walker DID appear at live shows (albeit only a few of them...) Depending on how techincal you want to be, you COULD count ex-Judas Priest singer Rob Halford who sang for two Sababth concerts filling in for Dio after he quit in the middle of some scheduled dates. How's this?
