First concert? AC DC at The Meadowlands when I was in high school. I didn't even know their songs. We bought those "Little Kings" Budweiser bottles and stuffed them up the sleeves of our varsity jackets before going in. Get through security, get to our seats, crack open the first ones, flick the bottle caps, and I hit a security guy ten rows down with the cap. They descended upon us like jackals and confiscated ALMOST our whole stash ;) BUMMER.
AC DC is louder than a jet plane at close range--painful!
They play "Hell's Bells" and use that huge church bell hung from the top of the arena, the singer pulling a rope like the ones in gym class. Was impressed how in-time it was with the music...thinking about it now, the bell sound must've been triggered--I mean, who the hell is gonna run a microphone up there anyway?! :)
