I think it's a great pageant system, especially if you're a newcomer and you prefer mostly natural. There are glitzy dresses, but rarely any falls or wiglets and mostly subtle make-up. Sandy Scott is the director and she's done rainbow for about 30 years or so, and she knows the ropes. This one isn't about who you know, because the judges are different all the time.
