My daughter has been doing Rainbow for three years, it's based out of WV, but they come down to Fredericksburg every couple of months. No one leaves empty handed and she makes every girl feel like a winner!! Lots of awards, titles, etc. She's not interested in the fake hair, teeth, nails, etc. You see some glitzy dresses, but it's focused on the child's personality, appearance on stage, etc. And great fees, too!! -- *Virginia* Only Discussion Board
