嗯﹐同埋有冇發燒(低燒都算)?

聽你講有幾個可能性:

(1)腸道感染: 尤其係慢性細菌感染､寄生蟲(giardia / 蛔蟲等)。需要拎糞便樣本去檢驗細菌､活體蟲/蟲卵等

(2)上消化道出血(因為你話有黑便)...除非你有食豬紅/雞紅/oreo cookies等﹐如果唔係黑便係唔正常。可以係上消化道出血。而最常見係十二指腸潰瘍/胃潰瘍(細小潰瘍有時唔會痛)...要查查有冇螺旋菌(為最常見引起潰瘍微生物)...醫生會同你驗全血make sure你冇貧血﹐同做檢查。

(3)慢性腸道病變(如Crohns/UC/IBD/Coeliac(東方人社會罕見))...需要照腹部X-光同可能要照腸鏡+抽取組織化驗。

希望你睇睇醫生。多數係(1)同(2)...(3)係西方人社會多見﹐香港冇咁常見。
