我之前未確認你打齊未先咁講﹐如果你打齊就繆有怕。不過要每隔5年check一次抗體。唔夠要補針。

其實如果你男友唔係因為肝炎而大病一場(入院)一般係慢性﹐係亞洲/中國亦一般係由母嬰傳染方式感染到。其他則係輸血(要小心丙型肝炎/愛滋病等)﹐工作上(如醫護人員needle-stick injury)同性接觸。

抽血驗係驗兩樣野: (1)HBsAg﹐(2)HBsAb...

(1): positive係慢性感染indicator...但positive並不能話之前係急性定慢性(亦唔重要了﹐因為如果positive則表示屬於慢性感染﹐身體並唔能夠有效清除病毒)

(2): positive代表身體對乙肝產生抗體﹐呢度可以係受感染或打針後都可以positive...如果negative就快快打針/要有安全性行為。

所以我地並唔著重之前係急性定慢性(當然急性如果好得返就最好了﹐可以終生免疫...不過呢樣只限於乙肝)﹐係由HBsAg度知道患者到底有冇慢性乙肝。如果有就要定期覆診/check肝酵素。

不過如果你男友係因為捐血而驗到有乙肝﹐紅十字會會一併驗埋丙型肝炎/愛滋病等...你可以叫佢問埋results...
