主要係聽從醫生忠告﹐尤其唔好(過量)飲酒-->e.g. 一日一小杯(半杯Shot-glass size紅酒)﹔兩､三日一罐啤酒都尚算okay...同埋要定期測量肝功能。儘量避免過勞/服用對肝臟有害藥物(paracetamol本身有冇乙肝都好﹐如果唔濫用係好安全止痛藥﹐但過量則會損害肝臟)

最重要係因為乙肝係靠血液+體液傳播﹐患者唔可以捐血。要俾醫護人員知道乙肝帶菌同要有安全性行為(用避孕套)。如果妳係打齊針免疫就okay了﹐但倘若佢有多過一個性伴侶仍需要小心。
