男性做愛/自慰後下腹痛有可能係前列腺問題(多見係細菌性/無菌性發炎)。你精液有否出現問題(如血精､有唔同顏色/氣味等)。

射精後前列腺會有短暫抗奮狀態﹐一般係因為性行為刺激後前列腺仍然處於興奮狀態-->會有癢/痛﹐延伸至膀胱會伴有尿頻但「想屙但屙唔出尿」問題。一般係一到數小時內自行消失。

醫生會安排驗尿﹐驗血﹐問生理問題﹐同做直腸檢查(手指由肛門進入檢查前列腺有冇脹大/腫塊等問題)。然後按情況安排照超音波等。

至於其他問題則可能同尿道､大腸､甚至淋巴系統有關。但始終係個process of elimination醫生會逐一系統檢查以排除問題同搵問題原因。
