我唔係太清除。建議睇睇product literature + google search..

最小心係DHA會「漂黑」同時如果會引起基因改變(我係話﹐如果)﹐則有機會引致細胞增生﹐有機會演變做cancer...但始終我唔知﹐亦唔係expert...
