有幾個可能...

(1)如果幾個細小impetigo組埋一齊可以有一個深層D膿胞叫carbuncle﹐最好搵醫生詳細檢驗。

(2)recurrent infection...好難預防

(3)未必係impetigo﹐可能係被昆蟲蟞傷/木杉等 foreign object inflicted inflammation and discharge
