嗯﹐我做個NHS centre到目前為止只offer傳統腸鏡﹐所以你問virtual colonoscopy(虛擬腸鏡)我所知亦係有限。VC特點係non-invasive(唔會唔舒服)﹐但價錢貴同埋驚有漏照情況(不過呢D都係前幾年所有問題﹐而家科技進步成點﹐會唔會miss腫瘤/息肉之類要問你照VC個centre負責醫生了。

傳統腸鏡而家係好安全。風險主要係perforation但絕少絕少發生。

我唔係想話/勸你照傳統腸鏡但VC技術良莠不齊係一個問題﹐而且傳統腸鏡到目前為止係尋找腸道病變標準﹐VC則唔係(有病人照完VC後都要返黎照傳統腸鏡﹐俾多次錢)...
