小腸氣屬於外科病﹐要按情況睇要否做手術(你家庭醫生會寫信去外科排期)。至於便血/便黑血關唔關小腸氣﹐嚴重起黎可以引起便血(叫strangulating hernia係外科急症﹐另一情況多見於嬰兒係intussusception[腸套疊]﹐不過部份人仍會患上)。

其實便血(如你般排出黑血)多數係upper GI問題﹐網上只能俾你一set成因如胃/十二指腸潰瘍､腸炎等問題﹐要知道點解一定要親自睇醫生做臨床檢驗(如OGD)。
