Glycosuria(陽性尿糖)係個warning sign...真正糖尿病diagnostic test係血糖測試﹐當中有分你有糖尿病症狀定冇(糖尿病症狀 = 常常口渴﹐尿頻﹐體重減輕﹐肢體末端有痲痺感覺)

如果有以上糖尿病症狀: 隨意血糖高於11.1係diagnostic如果冇以上症狀: 空腹血糖高於6.7或者兩個隨意血糖樣本高於11.1為diagnostic

去醫生度驗啦!坊間有好多血糖機但唔係部部都準(我地全部都要有CE-certified先可以用)
