如果情況輕微同冇其他問題(如糖尿病﹐高血壓/血脂等)則一般生活上改善(主要係常運動+戒煙同服藥控制血脂)就可以了。但如果有其他問題包括搭橋/ revascularization / debridement+amputation 則需要血管外科(vascular surgery)意見。

抗血小板藥(阿司匹靈(aspirin)､plavix等)有利有弊。最重要係手術前一到兩個禮拜要停服以免手術被取消。
