睇醫生﹐首先醫生會睇你係唔係有耳屎(有就要清)

如果冇耳屎/清完後仲有耳鳴﹐就要refer去耳鼻喉科﹐做聲音測試。然後等耳鼻喉科專科睇下乜問題。

不過好多耳鳴cases係搵唔出原因﹐所以亦唔知點埋手。如果唔係太嚴重可以leave it alone....如果真係嚴重到影響日常生活如睡眠/工作則可能要動手術去切除部份神經﹐但你聽力亦會受影響甚至變聾...
