我未有聽過微波治療﹐聽過只係有照超聲波檢查。呢方面妳要問問醫生。

支原體係可以用抗生素徹底根治﹐但要小心交叉感染(如醫好後再有唔安全性行為再受感染)。所以要有安全性行為﹐如果男友帶菌要一齊睇醫生食藥徹底根治﹐保持單一性伴侶(妳/妳男友一樣)﹐另外係注意個人衛生﹐貼身物品唔好share就得了。

至於會唔會影響到生育--->如果有導致盤腔炎記錄則有機會導致輸卵管有scarring...有可能有生育問題(如宮外孕､subfertility等)﹐呢方面要睇婦產科。但可以放心﹐如果有婦科follow up同徹底根治後懷孕機率係同常人無異。

生BB方面﹐如果同性伴侶有regular, unprotected性行為過一年都未有受孕則要睇睇醫生了。
