先要知道你幾歲 / 性別 / 家族有否心臟病同心血管病歷

胸口痛可以係好多o野(如肋骨痛(e.g. Tietze's syndrome)﹐消化不良﹐心理因素如緊張､焦慮)﹐當然最為嚴重係心臟病了﹐亦係首要rule out o既問題

心臟絞痛係好嚴重痛症﹐如果有個疼痛表[0(無痛)-10(最痛)]心臟絞痛係9以上﹐個人亦會大量冒汗﹐呼吸急速 ---> 一定要call 999入急症室。如果你冇以上(同埋如果係後生)則可能唔係心臟病。

建議去你家庭醫生度check下﹐另外有兩個測試想你做做(你醫生亦應該有建議過): ECHO(心臟超聲波)同EST(運動心電圖)﹐如果有做過可否post result上o黎?
