情況比較可疑。因為慢性乙肝多數係母嬰傳播(出生時感染)。就算之後孩童時期打預防針都冇用(因為已經受感染了)。

急性乙肝(多見於成年人感染)會痊癒(亦有部份急性乙肝引致肝衰竭而死)﹐但慢性乙肝到目前為止幾乎100%會演變成肝硬化﹐再演變成肝癌。只能希望未來有藥根治慢性乙肝。至於演變時間則因人而異(由幾\個月到幾十年甚至終生(非因肝癌而死)不等﹐是乎患者有否採取積極態度(驗血､避免煙酒等)同有否超感染/併發感染 superinfection (Hepatitis-D=丁型肝炎))

建議你打齊預防針﹐同叫女友定期去家庭醫生度check肝功能
