想問問你有冇做過PFT(pulmonary function test)﹐如果有可唔可以post你result上o黎?

唔少兒童哮喘患者到成年仲會有(呢D人亦會較容易有過敏症如對花粉､塵埃等)﹐你所講會唔會斷尾....其實如果你問題係出自過敏原問題會跟足你一世﹐所以防止病發亦好在乎你會唔會有機會再次接觸到過敏原﹐同埋有冇令氣管受外來刺激(如吸煙､過冷過乾環境)

如今首要係要identify過敏原(空氣乾､動物毛髮､花粉､塵埃等)避開﹐再而按照氣管敏感度用藥: 一般係類固醇､anticholinergic､β-2 agonist､theophylline､montelukast等。用藥準則係按你嚴重度同對藥物有否副作用。
