腎功能係由抽血檢驗﹐試紙只能概括知道小便有否紅､白血球同蛋白﹐不能透露腎功能。

如果覺得尿頻可能係心理因素､糖尿病以至膀胱過度活躍症(需要經過臨床診斷先可以知道)。不過如果試紙試出有微量血尿(肉眼睇唔到)､蛋白尿則一定要睇醫生了。

撇除先天性/遺傳性腎病與及創傷性腎病﹐腎本身o黎講好容易打理-->一般只要飲足夠水份+戒食過鹹食物就okay了。不過如果有高血壓+糖尿病 (尤見於老人家) 則會損害腎臟﹐要控制血壓+血糖(呢方面醫生會同你解釋)。
