如果妳被確診骨刺﹐要依照骨刺唔同嚴重程度對應治療。妳病歷顯示骨刺係因為創傷引起。如果痛楚持續需要睇痛症診所醫生(pain management clinic)...因為關乎脊椎神經痛症最後都要經過痛症醫生評估後再計劃imaging (CT/MRI) + 治療方針(藥物如NSAID / steroid injection﹐ 手術如 diathermy / radio-frequency ablation / arthrodesis / discectomy 等多方面可以考慮)。你可以問問你家庭醫生有冇痛症專科醫生可以選擇。

膝關節: 普通醫生會睇X-ray...如先前所說首要係要rule out degenerative/pathological changes to joint and joint space...如果有問題佢地會refer妳去風濕科/骨科
