夜尿成因有好多...

絕大部份都可以搵到原因(如臨訓前飲水過多､焦慮､尿道炎､前列腺問題､膀胱問題(GSI/UI/mixed incontinence))。但有部份病人縱然經過泌尿科詳細檢查都未必知道原因

先講講你所擔心。前列腺肥大係男人50歲後常見問題。我唔知你幾歲/係唔係同爸爸問﹐但如果你係>40歲就唔需要驚(絕少絕少前列腺肥大病人係40歲前發病)。如果你係幫年長長輩問就希望佢睇睇醫生﹐有藥食控制肥大(但根治則需要手術/泌尿外科意見)

其次係飲水過多引致尿頻﹐要小心知道點解(可能係糖尿病/尿道感染徵兆)﹐所以亦需要睇醫生驗血驗尿。

再其次係膀胱問題(GSI/UI)同感染引致尿頻...兩者都多發生係女性度。男性絕少有尿道感染(如果有多數係其他病引起﹐呢點需要詳細檢查。至於伴有失禁問題則屬於GSI/UI/mixed incontinence...係泌尿科問題﹐你醫生如果懷疑你有會寫信轉介去泌尿科--->佢地會同你做若干測試(KUB / cystogram / urodynamics等)試圖搵出原因

因為尿頻有好多原因﹐我只係將幾種常見原因歸類﹐如果有問題真係要搵醫生詳細檢查--->記住病向淺中醫! Good luck!
