建議你先從個人衛生著手﹐唔得先考慮用藥

如﹕穿鬆身100%棉質內褲(最好孖煙囪+唔好用合成物料)因為吸汗同通爽。沖涼後陰部用爽身份+勤D沖涼(尤其香港夏天炎熱潮濕)。

如果試過以上都冇用﹐可能要用D抗真菌藥膏(不過都要睇醫生先一來藥膏係要醫生處方二來要真係確診係真菌感染)
