缺鐵性貧血為貧血中較為常見者-->

(1)自體造血問題: 由骨髓生成的紅血球較正常細小﹐生成的紅血球內所含血紅蛋白亦不足

(2)血液本身問題: 血液內紅血球之間大細有明顯差異﹐形狀或有不規則

一般來講除非極為嚴重貧血(Hb < ~7)肌肉唔會受太大影響(不過會覺得容易疲勞同沒精打采)﹐所以肌肉抽搐應屬於神經系統/電解質平衡方面問題多於血液系統問題。
