好不幸地﹐係。

目前醫學界尚未搵到根治乙型肝炎方法﹐只能用藥控制其演化到肝硬化/肝癌速度。乙型(同丙型)肝炎最後會引致肝硬化/肝癌。不過如果小心調理自己(不酒﹐不食傷害肝物質如發霉物(含aflatoxin)等)同定期檢驗肝酵素等積極intervention可以控制其演變速度。至於係唔係要換肝(同幾時換)﹐肝科專科有一套準則。

應該呼籲家人朋友驗血﹐如果未被乙型肝炎感染應立刻接受疫苗注射確保免被感染。
