頭髮指甲生長快慢有好多因素決定﹐遺傳(最大因素)､營養､身體有病與否等等因素。所以但一話頭髮指甲生長速度不正常唔能夠斷定話你有新陳代謝問題(真係要靠客觀指標如驗血驗尿､兒科驗身高體重等指標)。如果你懷疑有內分泌問題真係應該睇醫生而唔係靠估﹐因為一來病向淺中醫二來self-diagnosis(自己斷症)係好危險一件事。
