主要係內分泌問題﹐尤其係甲狀腺問題可以令人either怕冷/怕熱

其他: 包括罕有病(如hypothalamus出問題regulate唔到體溫)﹐個人問題(有D人真係特別怕熱/凍)､心理問題､環境問題(真係熱/凍)...
