我都覺得係(自己以前亦試過同樣情況)

換個非金屬/鈦金屬鏡框甚至改戴隱形眼鏡睇下有冇改善?不過個人覺得普通眼鏡好過隱形眼鏡。其一係可以加防UV膜保護晶狀體減少老年時白內障生成。二來係隱形眼鏡消毒同角膜通氣上有好多問題。
