嗯﹐可能係神經/血管/心理問題

神經: 面部有第五顱內神經控制頭皮+面部感覺﹐神經會被分配到面﹐頭皮﹐外耳同眼角膜。如果有發炎情況則(是乎邊條神經分叉發炎)頭皮同外耳都會痛。如果出過水痘則可能係viral reactivation﹐甚至單純泡疹病毒都可以引起。

血管:有時有D血管可以發炎。如果碰o岩係supply耳朵/頭皮個條發炎就會痛。

心理問題: 好大機會係﹐尤其係搵極都搵唔到原因o個D case。
