現今愛滋病毒抗體(傳統/快速)測試準繩度幾乎100%。不過一如其他測試﹐有false positive/false negative出現(機會有但唔高)

其實3個月黎預空窗期算係gold standard...但有少數(我估計係少於1%)因為某D原因....如免疫力方面出問題不能及時產生愛滋病毒抗體﹔懷疑受感染後再被交叉感染--->尤見於隱君子､男同性戀者同妓女等高危族群中﹐會係出現3個月檢查時negative但6個月就positive...

所以如果你怕可以3個月同6個月檢查都做。不過坦白講﹐3個月個screening其實已經好夠。某D地方係唔會electively同你做埋6個月(英國/香港都應該係)
