耳垢係會自然循外耳道剝落(耳仔係program to self-clean)...所以如果唔係有特別問題(如耳垢特多/發炎)則唔需要理會。亦因此唔好用棉花棒等清潔--->最主要係防止水份/污物(游水/洗頭/用花灑時)進入耳道﹐其他唔需要理會。

市面上有D耳垢清潔劑但功效唔係特別顯著。如果有問題/覺得聽力有喪失/有耳鳴先去睇醫生。
